After a degree in French and History of Art, I have had careers in wildlife film making, teaching, and counselling – all of which influence my sculpture.

Attracted to figurative and abstract forms, I construct and model mostly in wax, clay, steel and plaster, celebrating and enhancing the characteristics of each material. I try to reveal intrinsic rhythm in my pieces.
